I began my personal development journey over 10 years ago while navigating some of the most difficult yet transformational periods of my life.
I worked 9-5 as a RN & got burnt out really fast. I knew deep down there was more for me so I quit my job & went to Europe for 3 weeks to soul search. I decided to switch to preventative medicine & got my Master's in Nutrition & Integrative Health alongside a Health Coaching certification. I fell in love with coaching- working 1:1 with clients & seeing MASSIVE change in them was the most rewarding feeling.
All throughout my career change, I was teaching yoga & facilitating Yoga Teacher Trainings- where I discovered the magic of personal development in a group container. This is where KATALI was born. Integrating my transformational coaching, holistic wellness tools, & manifestation principles into a business to help women live out their greatest dreams & get REAL results!
