Retreat Includes 

• 4-night stay
• 3 meals per day including 3 non-alcoholic drinks (water is included)
• ALL retreat classes & workshops (see sample itinerary)
• Jungle Waterfall Trip- We will explore and spend the day jumping, diving, swimming, and lounging in the magical waterfalls of Tamanique
• Active Volcano Hike- We will hike Volcán Llamatepec, the tallest of El Salvador's 21 volcanoes at 7,850 feet. Its summit offers breathtaking views of the caldera baths and the turquoise lake 
• Bonfire-  We will gather around the crackling fire as the sun sets, feeling the warmth of community, offering a moment for reflection and relaxation under the starlit sky

*This is NOT a vegan retreat although the resort can accommodate ANY dietary preference

Retreat Does Not Include  

• Flights 
• Transportation to/from airport (resort can coordinate for ~$185 per person RT)
• Alcoholic drinks
• Desserts
• Any additions made to meals (for example: an appetizer or adding extra protein to a dish)
• Any additional excursions- surf lessons, horseback riding, spa services, mayan blessing, & El Tunco night

Lindsay, a devoted Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer, Founder of Sacred, & wife/mom of 4, channels the transformative essence of yoga and sound to foster mindfulness and mental health.
