For centuries, women made pilgrimages here to honor her and connect with the island’s powerful feminine energy. Surrounded by turquoise waters, Isla Mujeres offers a serene and inspiring backdrop where yoga flows meet crystal-clear beaches, nourishing meals, and transformative healing sessions.

Retreat includes 

• 5-night luxury stay in a private, oceanfront villa

• Sunrise meditation at Punta Sur, a sacred site home to ancient Mayan ruins dedicated to Ixchel, goddess of the moon, fertility, and healing—begin your day in reverence, stillness, and connection

How to get there

• Please fly into the Cancun international airport (CUN) which is a 30 min. drive to the ferry at Puerto Juarez
• The ferry is a 20-30 min. ride to Isla Mujeres
• Ground transportation from the Isla Mujeres port to our villa is a 14 min. drive

• In-Villa Spa Services- Treat yourself to a relaxing massage right in the comfort of our villa. Whether you're looking to unwind after yoga or indulge in some extra self-care, massage services range from:

• Playa Norte- Just a 20 min. ride from the villa, Playa Norte is one of the most stunning beaches in the Caribbean. Known for its soft white sand and calm, crystal-clear waters, it’s the perfect spot to swim, stroll, or relax with a coconut in hand as the sun sets

Kathryn, a mindset/life coach, yoga teacher, retreat facilitator & former Registered Nurse & Holistic Nutritionist. Kathryn has worn a lot of hats in her professional life before founding KATALI- a coaching & retreat business that empowers women to live out their greatest dreams. 

Kathryn's vast repertoire of experience has made her spiritual teachings well-rounded & universal- having the gift of genuinely connecting with & transforming every walk of life she's entrusted to work with.

Lindsay, a devoted yoga teacher, sound healer, Founder of SACRED, retreat facilitator, & wife/mom of 4, channels the transformative essence of yoga and sound to foster mindfulness and mental health. 

Through sacred ceremonies and the healing vibrations of Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, and Sound Baths, Lindsay guides participants on profound inner journeys. Explore the depths of her offerings in various studios and events around the valley of Phoenix.
